The ATR-USB is a fully adjustable thermostatic relay which allows you to preset both a minimum temperature at which you want the relay to turn on, as well as a maximum temperature your wish the relay to turn off. This allows for the system to keep the item you are either cooling or heating  stay within a certain temperature range.
