The AIoT Saturn ll panel was designed as entry level automation and control systems for entrepreneurs wanting to automate and monitor various portions of their manufacturing process.

The panel comes standard with 1 x I2C powered connector which can be used for example in monitoring an optional medical grade, point and shoot infrared temperature sensor, 3 x RS-485 powered connectors for monitoring other optional sensors such as distance, level, or any other type of UART devices requiring long distance cabling. Also included are 3 x GX-12 analog input connectors for additional sensors such as Photo Switches or other types of analog devices. There are also 2 built-in relays which can be controlled by either the momentary LED push button switches located on the front of the panel or the microcontroller itself. Both relays have Normally Open GX-16 connectors easily accessible from the side of the panel.

One of the most attractive features of the Saturn ll control panel is its ability to connect to the internet allowing users to remotely connect to it and view its user friendly Dashboard to monitor each sensor as well as remotely operate the relays.

In addition, the Panel can automatically send notification messages to the users, should the values measured by the sensors be outside of predefined nominal ranges. The panel can also automatically trigger any of the relays, to stop a process until such time as the operator can address the fault having caused it. This alone can offer significant cost savings, as it offers the potential to significantly reduce damage to costly production equipment.
